“ I was there for my friend's daughter graduation. The place was nice and cozy, the food was good, I especially liked the lobster with noodles, It's tasty with less oil. Other dishes were good also and the servers were making efforts to pleased the guests. Over all I think it's worth the visit. ”
“ This is both a restaurant and an event space. Food was decent. Service was a bit disorganized. * Simmered Catfish (ca bong lau kho to) 4.5/5 - The caramelized fish (ca kho) was very good. The catfish was pretty fatty but that's just how the fish is. I enjoyed this. * Simmered pork ribs (Suon ram) 3.5/5 - This was okay. The ribs were salty, but didn't have a lot of flavors. It was also a little too sweet. ”
“ I forgot to include my picture per my first review here. Very good clean tasting Ca nuong ”
“ This spot is great for extra large family gatherings. I usually get Bo Luc Lac with garlic noodles. It's no Crustacean by any means, but it's still satisfying. But last time I was here, I had the egg rolls for the first time. WHAT!! They are super crispy because they use the weaved rice noodles instead of boring rice paper or wontons for the wrapping. It is incredible and I want to go back for more ASAP. Service is fast and very matter of fact. They are usually busy, so don't expect smiles. Focus on the food and you'll be fine. ”
“ My family and I had lunch here today on a Sunday. We made reservation ahead of time for 12 people and got two round tables put together. There was a huge Christmas party for senior people in the main area with the whole stage and karaoke and dancing so it was extremely loud but lively....i guess free entertainment? The service itself we really like actually. They definitely did not have enough staff but all their limited staff worked so hard and were so accommodating and so nice! The owner was super nice and sweet too and she was super busy tending everywhere. We got two orders of the large size baked catfish (abkur $69.99 each) and the portion and all the veggies dipping sauce rice noodle that came with it was a lot more than at other restaurant! We also got the caramelized catfish which was really good. Two bowls of the canh chua tom (Vietnamese sweet and sour soup with shrimp), and one com chay with cha bong and lap xuong (burnt rice with shredded pork and Chinese sausage). Portions were big so we did not finish our food at all. Good thing we did not order more! Oh we also for egg rolls which was also really good! Overall everything was really tasty and yummy and they were very accommodating trying to get our orders in early so we won't get delayed with the huge senior party's orders. I would definitely recommend this place for family style sharing and if you have families and friends visiting this is the place to take them for Vietnamese food! ”
“ This is the restaurant to go to if you want authentic Vietnamese food. We ordered a medium baked catfish that came with an assortment of veggies, vermicelli noodles, and rice paper so we could make our own rolls. The skin of the fish was extra crispy while the flesh was juicy. It was absolutely delicious! They had a variety of dipping sauces. I loved the tamarind sauce. We also ordered the Cuon Ca Be Xanh, which is pork belly and shrimp wrapped in a green leaf veggie, kinda like a green leaf lettuce. It was soooooo yummy! The restaurant was very clean and nicely decorated. There was classical jazz playing in the background, which created a romantic ambiance. Nice place for a date when you want Vietnamese food! Our server was pleasant and took good care of us. I highly recommend this restaurant! ”
“ Delicious spot for family-style dining! What I liked about this spot was how big the portions were and the sheer variety of dishes they have, making it a good spot for celebrations and groups. Everything I tried was tasty, especially the tomato tofu, sweet and sour fish soup, clay pot fish, and tamarind shrimp. The spot also has a large parking lot, which is super convenient. ”
“ Garlic noodles + house special shrimp!!! Flavorful and filling! This is prolly the type of establishment where your hip uncle or aunt would have a party lol it's ok to come here in singles or couples ========= $40 so kinda exp, but the portions are relatively large. Service was pretty friendly and the restaurant was quiet at 430pm. Garlic noodles with beef + mushrooms Less buttery than other places, but served with thicc pieces of sautéed beef + button mushrooms . This dish wasn't dry and def shareable. The egg noodles are bouncy and chewy, none of that spaghetti you tend to see :) House special shrimp This is under the main courses, and it came with 4 meaty ish pieces of shrimp. The sauce is on the sweet side, and I wanted something pickled to eat alongside this, but still super enjoyable! I togoed the sauce to eat with other things hehe Open on Tuesday and the food comes out quick! They even got a couple seafood dishes like oc and lau, and tho the menu is very extensive, they definitely got some gems here. ”
“ Solid traditional Viet banquet style restaurant in the heart of Little Saigon. Their menu is pretty extensive from noodles to seafood and Viet style hot pot. Recommend the fried Catfish (ca nuong), seafood Hot pot, and the scallops. ”
“ This is one of those full-service, banquet style restaurants that specializes in seafood and many Vietnamese family style favorites. I feel like these bigger restaurants that could accommodate huge groups are going the way of the dodo bird. The last time I came here was when my parents were in town, and a bunch of my aunts and uncles and family friends met up here for a late lunch/ early dinner. I thought all the food here was delicious and it reminded me somewhat of the stuff that my mom made when I was growing up. I thought the lobster garlic and those were great. And the comforting dishes like the fish sweet and sour soup, the braised fish, the shaking beef, and various sautéed veggies were all wonderful. I thought the service was fine too. But maybe it helps to speak Vietnamese here ha ha. I didn't do any of the ordering, but it seemed like it was very easy and they were attentive and accommodating to our group. Also, I must note that it helps to go to a place like this when a generous family member is picking up the tab. I'm sure it was quite expensive , but I can't speak to that. Overall, if you want a delicious meal with lots of traditional dishes available and be able to have a nice sit down meal with a giant family, this is a great place. I seriously can't think of a lot of restaurants that you would be able to say the same with. ”
